The Buddhist Monks from India travelled to China to develop their scriptures from Sanskrit to Mandarin and found that the saints at the Zhengzhou Mountains were leading a pathetic life. The Indian Buddhist Monks passed on the knowledge of developing mind, body and soul acquired by them over years to these Chinese saints. This place slowly grew as a Shaolin Temple and the Buddhist Teachings became famous as Shaolin Philosophy. In late seventies Shaolin started commercializing.
